Manifest Yoga Classes
We offer five different yoga classes each week tailored to various levels of fitness and experience.
First Yoga class is always FREE, so check all of them out and decide which works best for you (click on the links below for more information about each class). Or call us if you have questions or want advice about which might work best for you.
• MONDAYS, 6:00-7:15 PM Core Strength Yoga Level 2 (Strong abdominal & spinal core workout for Advanced Beginners & Intermediate Level Students)
• WEDNESDAYS, 6:30-8:30 PM Therapeutic Yoga (learn to use yoga to address your specific wellness challenges (e.g., back/neck pain, depression, allergies, anxiety/insomnia) or goals (e.g, lose weight, better manage stress, become calmer & more focused)
• THURSDAYS, 6:00-7:15 PM Core Strength Yoga Level 1 (beginners learn basic poses to build strength and flexibility at their core: abdominal & spinal strength and core energy)
• THURSDAYS, 7:30-9:00 PM Beginner’s Hatha Yoga (well-rounded intro to basic principles & practices of yoga)
• MONDAY-FRIDAY, 6:00-8:30 AM Morning Yoga & Meditation (6:00-6:30 Pranyama Breath Practices; 6:30-7:00 Meditation; 7:00-8:00 Asana Yoga Stretching; 8:00-8:30 Gardening Karma Yoga)
