Manifest Yoga & Meditation Classes
We offer five different yoga & meditation classes each week tailored to various levels of fitness and experience. First class is always FREE, so click on the links below to learn more about each class or call us at 503-223-8822 x1 if you have questions or want advice about which might work best for you.
• CORE YOGA: beginning & intermediate students increase strength & flexibility at their core; Mondays; 6:15-7:30 pm, Charles Airey, Kripalu teacher for more than 20 years
• MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION: beginning & intermediate students learn to create a daily practice in community; M-F, 5:30-6:30 am Pranyama & Meditation, 6:30-8:00 am Yoga Asana, Bart Church & Levi Banner
• MEDITATION GROUP: silent sitting & walking meditation, inspirational reading & conversation, tea & cookies; 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 7-9 pm, Rob Downer, M.Div.
• THERAPEUTIC YOGA: use yoga to address specific wellness goals/challenges; Wednesdays, 6:15-8:15 pm Bart Church, Iyengar & Raja Yoga Instructor 14 years
• BEGINNER’S YOGA: increase strength, flexibility & energy by learning basic poses you can do at home; Thursdays, 6:15-7:30 pm, Bryan Rollins, Hatha Yoda Instructor
